- Lollyrouge reserves the rights to terminate grant at any time without justification. Such termination notice shall be deemed to have been received by you if it is sent by e-mail to the listed registrant on your website’s domain name registration or to any e-mail address provided on your website. You will terminate the hyperlink within three (3) calendar days of your receipt of notice from Lollyrouge and forever refrain from including a hyperlink to this website on your or your associates’ websites, without prior written consent of Lollyrouge.
Terms of Sale
The information set out in the Terms and Conditions and the details contained on this website do not constitute an offer for sale but rather a non-binding invitation for you to purchase the product from us.
By following and completing the online shopping process on the website, you will have submitted a binding offer to conclude a sales contract with us. An order confirmation will be issued by us as a receipt acknowledgement of your offer.
The offer shall only be considered accepted by us upon shipping the product to the delivery address as provided by you.
To place an order, you must register with us by creating an account on the website. You must only submit to us information which is accurate and true. You must also keep your information up to date by informing us of any changes, by using the relevant sections of the website.
You will not misuse the website by creating multiple user accounts.
Order and Shipment
All product orders along with their respective colour/size/quantity selections (where applicable) are final upon checkout. Amendments to checkout orders (including duplicate orders) are strictly not allowed.
If your order consists of more than one product, the products may be delivered to you in separate packages at separate times.
Standard Local Courier: All parcels to be delivered to Singapore addresses will be sent by Ninja Van (doorstep delivery) within 2 to 4 working days after payment has been verified. Kindly note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses, Tuas and Sentosa. Please provide a valid local contact number so that we can furnish the same to Ninja Van for delivery purposes. Standard local courier will be charged at S$3.50 flat.
Express Local Courier: Parcels will be delivered on the next working day (excluding weekends, public holidays and office closure) to local addresses for orders made before 09:00 (GMT +8:00). For orders made after 09:00, we will try to expedite and have it delivered by the next working day but it may only be delivered by the following working day. Express local courier will be charged at S$7.50 flat.
If parcel cannot be successfully delivered after 2 delivery attempts, Ninja Van will return the parcel to us and we will have to arrange for a second courier delivery. In such a situation, please note that we will have to impose an additional shipping charge of $4.50 for the second courier delivery. As such, we will recommend that you give a valid phone number that is contactable between 9am to 10pm, as well as give a preferred date if you foresee not being able to receive your parcel at the shipping address within 5 days of your order.
International parcels are dispatched via Singapore Registered Post within 2 to 3 workdays after payment is verified. Workday means a day which is neither (i) a Saturday or Sunday, nor (ii) a public holiday anywhere in Singapore.
Price of courier includes handling fees.
Please kindly note that Lollyrouge cannot be held liable for any delays in dispatching parcels due to missing or inaccurate information provided.
We do not provide self-collection or meet-up services and all orders and exchanges/returns have to be carried out mandatorily by post.
Lollyrouge reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s).
In the event of bounced mail, customer will borne postage charges for redelivery.
If Lollyrouge was responsible for the resultant bounced mail, courier/postage charges will be borne by us.
Returned mail that is left unclaimed for 3 months will be deemed property of Lollyrouge without prior notice, no refund will be given.
Vouchers / Discount Codes / Store Credits
Vouchers/Discount Codes/Store Credits are strictly not transferrable, refundable, or extendable. They can only be used by specified account holder unless otherwise stated.
The value of individual credits or vouchers has to be utilised within one transaction and any remaining amount is strictly non-refundable.
Vouchers/Discount Codes/Store Credits are not to be utilised in conjunction with any promotions or discounts, sales items, and gift cards.
To successfully utilise your Vouchers/Discount Codes/Store Credits (if any), please input the code before checking out. No refunds or credits will be issued for orders where Vouchers/Discount Codes/Store Credits are not entered at point of purchase.
Pricing and Payment
All listed prices are based on Singapore dollars. Conversion rates are based on periodic update as provided by Google Inc. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the converted pricings displayed.
All payment shall be made in Singapore dollars only.
We accept the following modes of payment:
- Bank Transfers (PayNow & Internet Banking)
- ATM Transfers (a snapshot of receipt is strictly required; in the event that the ATM machine is unable to issue a receipt, a snapshot of the ATM’s screen is required)
- Stripe (credit card payments are done via this option)
For payment via Bank transfer or ATM transfer, you are provided with a timeframe of 12 hours to make payment AND submit required details commencing from the time of checkout before your order is cancelled and released. A reminder will be sent to you 4 hours before your payment window of 12 hours expire.
For payment via Stripe & Paypal, you are provided with a timeframe of 1 hour to make payment before your order is cancelled and released.
Once payment has been made, orders cannot be cancelled and refunded, and any requests for such will be declined.
Payments will be verified within 24 hours (workday). You are required to provide all relevant information needed in order for us to process your order. Insufficient information may lead to delays in delivery, in which you will indemnify Lollyrouge for all associated loss and damages.
Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon confirmation of payment.
Backorders are in place for temporarily out of stock items and each backorder items have their respective waiting and arrival times.
All backorders are subjected to unexpected delays or cancellations that are beyond Lollyrouge's control. If we are unable to fulfil your backorder, a full refund in terms of store credits will be issued. There is strictly no cash refund. A full refund or an order cancellation request on any ongoing backorder at any point will not be accepted.
All products purchased are advised to be hand-washed individually without soaking for extensive periods to avoid colour transfers. Do not machine wash, do not bleach and do not tumble dry.
Turn apparels inside-out when washing and ironing. For delicate fabrics, steam or iron using low heat over a secondary fabric to prevent damage to your product. If you are unsure of how to care for your product, kindly contact us at email@example.com.
Exchange & Returns Policy
Returns & exchanges are strictly reserved for faulty products or incorrectly received order/s. You are provided 7 workdays (for local orders) and 14 workdays (for international orders) from date of shipping to alert us on any reasons to request for an exchange/return. Any request outside of this timeframe will be duly declined.
All exchanges and returns have to be carried out by post.
Upon receipt of the products, we will examine it and we will advise you on your right to an exchange or return (if any) via email as soon as practicable.
In the event the product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, exchange or return you for the product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable mailing costs at our current standard fees and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
Sale items are strictly non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
Lollyrouge will not be providing any exchange/returns should you purchase our merchandise from a third party.
Faulty / Incorrect Products
If the item you receive is faulty or an incorrect order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for exchange/return with a clear picture of the fault/incorrect item.
We do not provide cash refunds for returns. A direct replacement of the original product order will be provided. In the event that the product item is sold out, store credits will be issued. Store credits have a validity period of 60 calendar days from the day we receive the returned parcel.
You may return the product to us within 7 workdays of receipt. The product shall be un-used, product tags shall not be tampered with, and the product shall be in the original packaging (if applicable). This policy is applicable only to those products which do not fall under sale items on our website.
You shall ensure that the product is sent to us in the same condition (unworn and unwashed) as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the product back to you.
Due to our apparels’ mass manufacturing process, there may be a measurement difference of up to 0.5 inches against the stated measurements on our website. This does not constitute a fault and Lollyrouge reserves the right to decline any request for an exchange resulting from such.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on our website. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Any discrepancy in colour within a reasonable range will not be considered a fault.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Lollyrouge hereby reserves all rights to make amendments to any of the above Terms and Conditions without any prior notification. In the event of any dispute, Lollyrouge reserves the right of final decision.
