Return & Exchange
When you shop at Lollyrouge, your satisfaction is always our priority - in the event you need to return or exchange a product you purchased from us, we hope our return and exchange policy will assure you of our commitment to after-sales service. Please note that returns and exchanges are reserved strictly for faulty or incorrect product received only. Sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Faulty product received
- All our products are individually checked before packing for dispatch. If the product you receive is faulty, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with a photo of the fault area.
- A direct replacement of the original product order will be provided. In the event that the product is sold out, store credits will be issued. Store credits have a validity period of 60 days from the day we receive the returned parcel.
- We do not provide cash refunds for returns.
- All exchanges have to be carried out by post.
- You may return the product to us within 7 working days of receipt.
Incorrect product received
We sincerely apologise for our mistake in sending out an incorrect product item. Please email us at email@example.com immediately and we will attend to you within 1-2 working days.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Please read carefully our return policy to ensure you can proceed with your request as quick as possible.
- Returns have to be sent back to us in their original packaging.
- The product should be returned unworn, in its original condition and with garment tags untampered (if any).
- Returns outside the 7 day window will only be accepted at our sole discretion.
- Returns that have been worn, washed, soiled, damaged or returned without its original label/garment tags will not be accepted, and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
