FAQ

1. How do I make a purchase?

Simply click on the item you wish to purchase, select your preferred size and quantity (where applicable) and click 'Add To Cart'. A small window will appear to confirm your selection. You may continue to add more items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart.

Once you have completed shopping, please review your cart by clicking 'Cart' on the top right-hand corner of our site. You will be redirected to our shopping cart page. 

Click 'Check Out' to proceed with the purchase. 

Upon completing required fields, proceed to choose your payment method and click “Review Order'.

Once you have confirmed the details are accurate, click “Submit Order” to complete the ordering process.

The selected item(s) will be reserved for 24 hours (Internet Banking & ATM Transfer) and 1 hour (PayPal) under your account whilst you proceed to make payment  Please refer to http://lollyrouge.com.sg/order-delivery for more details on payment. 

Please note that by adding item(s) to your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is/are secured only upon confirmation of payment.

 

2. Do I need to register an account in order to make a purchase?

Yes, registering and signing into your account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us. This speeds up your ordering process in a bid to secure your selection(s), and having an account also gives you benefits of order tracking, newsletter updates , and first-hand news of our exclusive discounts and special offers.

You can sign up at http://lollyrouge.com.sg/login and start your shopping at a later time, or shop right away followed by setting up your account during the checkout process.

 

3. What if I cannot make payment within the time frame?

Your order will be automatically cancelled and you will need to re-add the item(s) in your cart to reset the payment process again. 

 

4. How do I know if the items will fit me?

We have both free-sized and sized apparels, with measurements provided under 'Details' when you click on a product. Please refer to our size guide for more details on how to interpret the measurements.

 

5. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is based on mail options chosen during checkout process.

For local delivery within Singapore, there are 3 mail options:

   1. Normal Mail via SingPost (www.singpost.com)

   2. Registered Mail via SingPost

   3. Courier via TA-Q-BIN (http://sg.ta-q-bin.com)

For International shipping, our sole shipping agent is SingPost.

Please note that a separate charge of SG$0.30 will be included as packing fees during checkout.

 

6. How do I track my order?

You can check on the status of your order by clicking on “Track Order” at the bottom of our site or http://lollyrouge.shopcada.com/orderstatus.

 

7. Can I combine in-stock and backorder item(s) in a single delivery?

No, this option is only available to customers using International Shipping. For local deliveries, in-stock items will be mailed once payment is verified and backorder items will be mailed separately when they arrive at a later date. This is to faciliate our order tracking process and to avoid missing any item(s) while packing the parcels for delivery.

 

8. Can my membership status attained at livejournal be used at this website?

Unfortunately, membership status cannot be carried over to this site as we have adopted a new automated system. We hope that you will continue to enjoy LLR Member Benefits by qualifying based on requirements found here: http://www.lollyrouge.com.sg/membership
